New salon rules & regulations for covid-19

1.

All clients must come wearing a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide one for an extra charge. We understand some services will require the removal of your mask but we will advise you when you can take it off.

2.

For your appointment, please arrive no more than 2-3 minutes before. Wait outside the door, we will open it for you. If someone is waiting in front of you, please wait 2 meters behind them.

3.

Once we open the door, we will ask you to sanitize your hand and wear your mask. We will also ask you questions about your health and symptoms. 

4.

Please bring with you only essential items such as method of payment, phone, wallet. We accept cash, credit and debit. Avoid bringing water bottle, food, coffee etc. For your lash appointment you may bring your own blanket if you tend to get cold.

5.

Please come alone. Don't bring your friend, family, kids unless they also are getting a service done. If you absolutely need to bring someone, please advise us before and they must also come wearing a mask.

6.

Cancellation policy - 48 hours notice. We ask that if you are showing any Covid-19 related or allergies symptoms to please stay home and advise us 48 hours before to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to give advance notice will be subject to a $25 rebooking fee at your next appointment.

7.

At this time. we are not charging a Covid related charge or cleaning fee and our prices have not increased. If there are any changes we will give 15 days notice. Please do not book an appointment if you don't mean to keep it as our spaces are very limited.

8.

Our clients will be placed 2 meters apart for pedicures, manicures and lash services. There are also plexiglass barriers for the mani stations. Our employees will also be wearing a mask or visor and will constantly be washing their hands.

9.

We will be blocking off extra time between clients to allow enough time to clean/sanitize the salon as well as not have so many clients in the salon at the same time. 

10.

Please feel free to talk to us and tell us if there's anything that we can improve on. We appreciate your patience with us as we all get used to the new procedures. We absolutely look forward to seeing you soon!
